1. Introduction
Welcome to No Mess Express! By using our dog waste removal services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional dog waste removal services on a one-time or recurring basis for residential properties. Our team will collect dog waste from your yard at the agreed-upon intervals and dispose of it in an environmentally responsible manner.
3. Service Schedule
Service schedules are determined based on your selection and availability. You agree to provide access to your property at the scheduled time for waste removal. We offer flexible scheduling options and will work with you to meet your needs.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon invoice, unless a recurring payment plan has been established. We accept payment via credit or debit cards. Payments not received within 10 days will be subject to a late fee of $10. Prices for services are outlined on our website or as per your agreed contract.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to the full weekly service charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Reschedules are subject to availability of a crew being in your service area and we will do our best to accommodate however possible.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide clear access to your yard and ensure that pets are securely contained during scheduled service times. Any obstructions or conditions that prevent safe access to the property may cause our technicians to not service your yard that week. No refunds will be issued we are unable to gain access to the yard.
7. Liability
While we take reasonable care to ensure the safety of your property during our service, No Mess Express is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions on the property, including but not limited to holes, fences, or landscaping issues. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during our service due to unsafe conditions on your property.
8. Safety and Health
For safety reasons, our team may refuse service if we encounter hazardous conditions such as aggressive animals, severe weather, or unsafe environments. You agree to kindly inform us of any potential risks before service begins.
9. Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to using eco-friendly disposal methods. Wherever possible, dog waste will be disposed of in a manner that minimizes harm to the environment.
10. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect personal data only for the purpose of processing your service requests, scheduling, and payment. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Orange Country Florida.
